2. PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE

Predictions.GG provides football-related data, statistics, analytics, and predictive insights through a chatbot and other online channels. Our Service is intended to:

3. REQUIREMENTS FOR USE

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

4.1 Registration
Certain features of the Service require you to create a personal account (“Account”). In creating an Account, you agree to:

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your Account.

  4.2 Security

  4.3 Multiple Accounts
  You may not create or manage multiple user accounts for deceptive or abusive purposes. Predictions.GG reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

5. USER CONTENT & FEEDBACK

5.1 User Content
You may submit text, chat messages, or other materials (“User Content”) to Predictions.GG. By submitting any User Content:

• You grant Predictions.GG a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, and create derivative works of your User Content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

• You represent and warrant that you own or have sufficient rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights.

  5.2 Prohibited Content
  You agree not to submit, post, or transmit any User Content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, hateful, or invasive of another’s privacy.

• Violates or infringes any third-party intellectual property or other rights.

• Encourages gambling in a way that is socially irresponsible, targets minors, or violates local or international laws.

  5.3 Monitoring & Removal
  We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor and remove any User Content at our sole discretion, without notice, if it violates these Terms or any applicable law.

6. GAMBLING ADVERTISING & RESPONSIBLE ADVERTISING

6.1 Third-Party Gambling Advertisements
Predictions.GG may display or permit the display of advertisements or promotional content from third-party gambling operators (“Gambling Ads”). We make no representations about these third parties’ services, and the presence of Gambling Ads does not imply endorsement or guarantee of their services.

6.2 Licensed Operators Only
We strive to accept advertisements only from gambling operators who hold valid licenses from the UK Gambling Commission or other recognized regulatory bodies, as applicable. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to verify whether a gambling operator is properly licensed in your jurisdiction.

6.3 Age & Audience Restrictions

• Mislead about chances of winning or suggest gambling is a guaranteed solution to financial concerns.

• Strongly appeal to children or minors or feature individuals under 25 as significant figures in the ad.

• Portray gambling as indispensable or a means of achieving personal or social success.

  6.5 No Liability for Third-Party Services
  If you choose to click on, interact with, or register for any gambling or betting services advertised on Predictions.GG, you do so at your own risk, subject to those external third parties’ terms and conditions. Predictions.GG is not responsible for any disputes, losses, or issues arising out of your engagement with third-party gambling operators.

8.2 Limited License to You
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Predictions.GG grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the Service and Predictions.GG Content. No other use is permitted without our express, prior written authorization.

8.3 Trademarks
“Predictions.GG” and our logos, trademarks, service marks, and slogans (“Marks”) are the property of Predictions.GG or third parties. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use these Marks, unless expressly authorized.

9. USER RESPONSIBILITIES & PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

9.1 Prohibited Use
You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security measures on the Service.

• Modify, adapt, hack, reverse engineer, or disassemble any part of the Service.

• Access or scrape the Service using any automated means (e.g., robots, data mining).

• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.

• Encourage or facilitate gambling in a manner contrary to responsible standards or local regulations.

  9.2 Responsible Conduct

  10.2 Limitation of Liability
  To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Predictions.GG shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill).

• In no event shall Predictions.GG’s aggregate liability exceed the amounts you have paid us (if any) in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to your claim.

  10.3 Gambling-Related Liability
  Predictions.GG shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your participation in any third-party gambling or betting services, even if advertised or mentioned on our platform.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Predictions.GG, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your unauthorized use of the Service or Content.
• Your engagement with any gambling advertisements or services.
• Your breach of any applicable law or regulation.

12. SUBSCRIPTIONS & CANCELLATIONS (IF APPLICABLE)

12.1 Subscription Services
If you purchase a premium subscription or additional features, you agree to the billing terms presented at the point of purchase. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in applicable consumer laws or in explicit promotional terms.

12.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing cycle. By failing to cancel, you authorize Predictions.GG to charge the then-applicable subscription fees to your provided payment method.

12.3 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription via your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the paid features until the current billing cycle ends.

13. TERMINATION

13.1 By Predictions.GG
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account or access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable law, or for other legitimate reasons.

13.2 By You
You may terminate your Account at any time by discontinuing use of the Service and (if applicable) following account-deletion processes.

13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any sections of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

14. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

Predictions.GG respects your privacy. Our data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

15. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

15.1 Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

15.2 Jurisdiction
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales for the resolution of any legal matter arising from or related to these Terms or the Service.

16. GENERAL PROVISIONS

16.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms (together with any additional guidelines or policies posted on the Service) constitute the entire agreement between you and Predictions.GG regarding your use of the Service.

16.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

16.3 No Waiver
Failure by Predictions.GG to enforce any right or provision in these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

16.4 Assignment
Predictions.GG may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. You may not assign these Terms or transfer any rights to any third party without our prior written consent.
